Cancellation Policy

Please make sure you read our strict cancellation policy. All deposits are non refundable. Bookings are limited to 1 x change per deposit paid. Booking changes must be made within 3 months of the original booking date. Cancellation Policy –Skin appointments. Please be advised that cancellations made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, phone call will be processed without a penalty. You can also do this via the members session on our website. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service rate. If appointment is cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time or a client no shows the booked appointment 100% of the service rate will be charged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does the Nude Glow Membership work? Your membership gives you one facial per month for 12 months, with added microneedling, BioRePeel, and Skin MOT sessions throughout the year. You’ll pay a £50 deposit to join, then £50 at each monthly appointment. Your 11th facial is covered by your deposit and your 12th facial is completely free as a thank-you for your consistency.

To keep your results on track, each treatment must be taken within the calendar month. If you miss or fall outside that time, the treatment and its £50 payment are forfeited. This keeps the structure fair and ensures your skin receives consistent care.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If your usual therapist has no availability that month, we may arrange a one-off appointment with another therapist to ensure you still receive your treatment within that month.

The Nude Glow Membership is a 12-month commitment designed to achieve lasting skin results. We’re unable to pause or cancel mid-term unless under exceptional circumstances and at the clinic’s discretion.

If you paid individually, the treatments would total £738. With the membership, you pay £550, saving you almost £190 — plus extra value through free gifts and product discounts.
