PRE LASER INFORMATION

It is important that before receiving Laser treatment you follow the recommended pre and post treatment guidelines & familiarise yourself with our terms and conditions.

HAIR REMOVAL

  • Do not wax or thread hair from the treatment area.

  • Do not have electrolysis on the treatment area.

  • Do not use depilatory creams on the treatment area.

  • Do not bleach the treatment area

  • Please shave the treatment area the day before the treatment.

  • Do not use sun-beds (10 days pre/post laser)

  • Do not sunbathe exposing the treated area (10 days pre)

  • Do not use tanning cream

POST LASER INFORMATION

After any laser treatment, it is common for the area to feel slightly warm. It is also common to experience some redness. If concerned please contact us immediately.

  • The use of 100% Aloe Vera gel is recommended directly after the treatment and a few days after if necessary.

  • An ice cold compress can be applied if the area feels hot or uncomfortable.

  • Use a high SPF 30+when the treated area is exposed to sunlight, unprotected exposure could lead to hypo or hyperpigmentation of the skin.

  • For the next 48 hour post treatment

  • Avoid all perfumed creams, soaps and lotions on the treatment area. Use only Aloe Gel on the skin.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does the Nude Glow Membership work? Your membership gives you one facial per month for 12 months, with added microneedling, BioRePeel, and Skin MOT sessions throughout the year. You’ll pay a £50 deposit to join, then £50 at each monthly appointment. Your 11th facial is covered by your deposit and your 12th facial is completely free as a thank-you for your consistency.

To keep your results on track, each treatment must be taken within the calendar month. If you miss or fall outside that time, the treatment and its £50 payment are forfeited. This keeps the structure fair and ensures your skin receives consistent care.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If your usual therapist has no availability that month, we may arrange a one-off appointment with another therapist to ensure you still receive your treatment within that month.

The Nude Glow Membership is a 12-month commitment designed to achieve lasting skin results. We’re unable to pause or cancel mid-term unless under exceptional circumstances and at the clinic’s discretion.

If you paid individually, the treatments would total £738. With the membership, you pay £550, saving you almost £190 — plus extra value through free gifts and product discounts.
