SkinPen®️ Course of 3 For clients looking for more noticeable and longer-lasting results, a course of three SkinPen microneedling treatments is recommended. While one treatment can leave the skin looking fresher and smoother, a course allows us to build on each session and support continued collagen renewal. This makes it ideal for targeting concerns such as fine lines, acne scarring, pigmentation, enlarged pores, uneven texture and loss of firmness. Your treatments will be spaced appropriately to allow the skin time to heal and regenerate between appointments. By booking the course of three, you will also save **£50** compared with paying for each treatment individually. Perfect for anyone committed to improving their skin naturally, without injectables.

Cancellation Policy

Our strict cancellation policy is 48 hours notice for changes to your booking on Laser services. Anything outside of these times will result in a £20 rebook fee for laser appointments, you can rebook your laser session depending on area size via our website under the book online tab, this will charge you £20, this is a cancellation fee and will not be deducted from your session. All deposits are non refundable. For changes to your appointment you must give 48 hours notice, only 1 x change is permitted per deposit, changes made must be within 8 weeks of the original booking date. Further laser terms and conditions can be found in your contract from faces consent which you complete ahead of your consultation.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How does the Nude Glow Membership work? Your membership gives you one facial per month for 12 months, with added microneedling, BioRePeel, and Skin MOT sessions throughout the year. You’ll pay a £50 deposit to join, then £50 at each monthly appointment. Your 11th facial is covered by your deposit and your 12th facial is completely free as a thank-you for your consistency.

To keep your results on track, each treatment must be taken within the calendar month. If you miss or fall outside that time, the treatment and its £50 payment are forfeited. This keeps the structure fair and ensures your skin receives consistent care.

If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. If your usual therapist has no availability that month, we may arrange a one-off appointment with another therapist to ensure you still receive your treatment within that month.

The Nude Glow Membership is a 12-month commitment designed to achieve lasting skin results. We’re unable to pause or cancel mid-term unless under exceptional circumstances and at the clinic’s discretion.

If you paid individually, the treatments would total £738. With the membership, you pay £550, saving you almost £190 — plus extra value through free gifts and product discounts.
